This Privacy Policy explains how Internet Marketing Solutions, Inc., a California corporation doing business as WebSEO.pro ("we," "us," or "the Company"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the [App Name] website and web app (the "App"). 3. How we use information
- Create and secure your account and show your personal plan, progress, and tools.

| Business transfer | Your information | If the Company is merged, sold, or reorganized, under this policy |
No sale or sharing. In the past 12 months we have not sold personal information or shared it for cross context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the information of anyone under 16. Some links to free tools are paid links. Clicking them sends you to the provider's site, where their privacy policy applies. We do not send your App data to them.
5. Cookies and similar technology
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language and privacy choices, and credit the referral partner who sent you (for up to 90 days). Analytics, marketing, and session recording cookies are off unless you allow them in Cookie settings. See our Cookie Policy for the full list. We honor Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends it, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale and sharing and keep non essential cookies off.
6. How long we keep information

7. Your privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
- Delete your personal information, with some legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Get a copy of your information in a portable format.
- Opt out of sale or sharing of your personal information.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it).
- Not be discriminated against for using any of these rights.
Many of these choices are also available to all users in the App under Profile.
How to make a request: use Profile in the App, the Do Not Sell or Share page, or email [Privacy Email]. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days (we may extend once by 45 more days with notice). To protect you, we verify your identity by matching information we already have, such as your email and phone. You may use an authorized agent with your signed permission, and we may ask you to verify your identity directly.
8. Texts, calls, and email
Text and call consent is optional and never a condition of using the App. Reply STOP to any text to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. We will still send account and security messages.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls that let each user see only their own data, limited staff access with audit logs, and rate limits on sign in and forms. No system is perfectly secure. Never enter a Social Security number, card number, or bank account number in the App.
10. Children
The App is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor gave us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. California Shine the Light
We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
12. Do Not Track
We honor Global Privacy Control as described above. Browsers' older Do Not Track signals are not a uniform standard, and we respond to them the same way as Global Privacy Control where technically possible.
13. Where data is stored
Your information is stored and processed in the United States.
14. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes here with a new effective date and notify you in the App or by email for material changes.
